We want you to feel confident when ordering. If something isn’t right, we’ll take care of it.

✅ Refunds & Replacements

We offer a replacement or full refund if:

• Your item arrives damaged  
• You receive the wrong item  

Please contact us within 10 days of delivery. No returns are required.

Just send us:

• A clear photo of the issue  
• Your order number  
• A short description

❌ Made-to-order items

Because each item is created specifically for you, we’re not able to accept returns or exchanges if:

• You change your mind  
• You order the wrong product, size, or color  

This applies to:

• Fine art prints (giclée & canvas)  
• Mugs and all print-on-demand items

🚚 Lost or Delayed Orders

If your order hasn’t arrived within:

• 30 days (EU)  
• 45 days (outside EU)  

Please contact us. We’ll send a replacement or issue a full refund.
